Closetbox was founded to free you from the hassle of loading, hauling, and moving into storage. We provide full-service, concierge storage with a pickup at your door and on-demand return delivery for the cost of a traditional self-storage unit.
You can conveniently store your valued items without leaving the comfort, convenience, and safety of your home. We pick up your storage items at your door and store them in our secure, climate-controlled storage facility. All of your storage items are tracked, organized, and inventoried on your private online dashboard, complete with the option of adding photos, labels, and tags for each item. This makes return delivery simple. Order any storage item to be returned to your door with the tap of a button.
We perform background checks on all of our employees for your safety and of course, Closetbox is licensed, bonded, and insured.
How Closetbox Works
- No Hassle Pickup. Our friendly, professional movers pick up your belongings at your home.
- Tracking and Security. Your storage is secured in our facility. Track online via your dashboard.
- On-Demand Return. One touch to request any item be returned to your door.
Pricing depends on how much you need to store. We charge a simple monthly rate based on the items you wish to store so you don’t pay for more than you need. All of this comes without the sneaky administrative fees found at most self-storage facilities and truck rental locations.

About Our Founder and CEO
Marcus Mollmann is the founder and CEO of Closetbox. Marcus created Closetbox Storage when his wife, Katy, became pregnant with twins (surprise!) and they quickly needed to make room for their growing family. After loading, hauling, and moving all their dining room furniture and boxes of children’s clothes on his own into a not-so-secure storage unit miles away from their home, Marcus imagined a better way to deal with the hassle of moving into a self-storage unit. Not too long after, during one particularly late night holding babies, Marcus and Katy created Closetbox Storage.
Marcus is a successful entrepreneur having previously founded, grown, and sold three companies in the real estate technology space. Marcus received a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Duke University. Marcus and Katy currently reside in Denver, Colorado with the twins and their two older children.
